'POLEMASTERS'
association with GOTBaits
These 30 peg matches are by invitation only, we are putting together a field of some of the baggin anglers in the country to try and break the official World 5 hour Match Record. These matches will be governed by stringent official guidelines set by the sports governing bodies to insure that if the record is broken it will officially stand. Confirmed Anglers to date are Gary Thorpe [490lb 8oz 5 Hour record to his name], Trevor Price [412lb plus on G.O.T Baits], Rob Hitchins [Fisho winner], Gary Huth [661lb in 6 hours] Perry Stone [Yorkshire Baits] , Mick Hughes [simon's 2000], Simon Edwards [G.O.T Baits] Barry Mason [Ringer Baits] Shawn Moss [MAP/ Miracle Baits], Steve Gregory [Map/ Miracle Baits]. To confirm are Steve Ringer, Phil Ringer, Klaus Fix, Will Raison, Neil Machin, Barry Gannon, Darren Cox, Kieran Rich to name but a few we are hoping to entice with this event.
Spectators are welcome to attend but must follow the stewards instructions before,during and After the match. Full details will be available in early September, so watch this space.

SILVERMASTERS - MATCH DETAILS
Match Fee's are as follows
£10.00 Peg and Booking Fee
Pools
£10.00
Optional super pools £5.00 per match
Rules are as follows,
1, No Bloodworm or Joker
2, No Pole Feeder
3, Silver Fish Only [No Carp Or Pike will be weighed in]
4, Barbless Hooks Only
Example Pay Out Per Match
40 anglers = Top 4 Placed & 4 sections by default;
1st £120, 2nd £70, 3rd £50, 4th £40 & £30 per section
= £400.
The league will be decided by section points from 4 matches, after fishing all 5 matches you can drop your worst result. In the event of anglers drawing level on points then total weight from your 4 best results will decide the winner.
Maximum number of peg available = 50

£1,000 Grand Final Sunday the 25th of October
This year there will be 5 qualifying rounds, each being 50 Pegs for the Grand Final in October, with only 10 anglers from each round to qualify, the competition for places will be fierce. Full booking details will be available on this site in January and you must book in from the site to guarantee you place.

After the great success of last years event which raised £5,700 for Macmillan Cancer Care we have decided to make this an annual Event. With a big cash payout for the top 3 anglers and 8 sections, Plus a Raffle with top Tackle and Bait prizes this is defiantly one for the Calendar.
