| Match Report: Round one of the EBCAC winter league at Portglenone turned into a very even match. the river was running quite hard and carrying about 2 ft of extra water. Nevertheless roach and the odd bream showed throughout the length with both whip and feeder tactics proving successful in equal measure. Paul McMullan was the heat winner with an all roach catch from peg 86 (8.280 kg) while John Barr had a bream on his feeder caught catch from nearby peg 82. |
