Enterprise Tackle Pop-Up Sweetcorn Classic Flavour Range

RRP £2.99 Each

Every angler and their dog has used, if not heard about the superb Enterprise Tackle Pop-Up Sweetcorn range of imitation baits, so the actual product itself needs no explanation.

When UKMA discovered that Enterprise Tackle were releasing the plastic corn presoaked in original classic flavours, we immediately set about obtaining some for review purposes.

The Classic Flavour range consists of 8 pieces of Pop-Up Sweetcorn soaked in a small vial of the respective flavouring. The flavours used are obtained direct from the companies that supply them and are identical to the ones used in the respective boilies. Enterprise Tackle have matched up the same colours to the same as the actual manufacturers baits where possible, and where they have not been able to, have gone with the closest colour to the actual flavour.

Enterprise Tackle consultant, Frank Warwick is quoted on the Enterprise Tackle website about the Classic Flavour range:

“I have found through extensive field testing over the years, that results have been consistently better with the flavoured corn, compared to the plain version. There is very little doubt in my mind that besides the obvious visual attraction, the fish are much more inclined to sample the flavoured corn when it triggers their olfactory receptors (much the same as the smell of food makes us feel more inclined to eat)."

Flavours available are;

Solar Colour Nutrabaits Colour

Final Thoughts:

After using the Classic Flavour range for several months now, I can say that every little bit of mental confidence on the waters I have been fishing is required, and using the flavoured baits in conjunction with my normal boilies - even though they are not the same as the available flavours. If these are used in conjunction with the repspective baits from the companies, then added attraction will be given off - which is a massive bonus when fishing single hookbaits during the colder months. In all Enterprise Tackle have done a top job with these baits, and if I could change anything, it would be to label the actual bottles of baits rather than the header card in the packaging - but this is just personal preference and can easily be done with a fine tipped marker pen.

Anglers have a lot of faith in the original plastic baits, and the addition of the flavours literally put "confidence in a bottle".
