Natural 6mm Hard Feed Pellets

Low oil pellets are all the rage these days especially after all the bad press trout pellets have had. So taking this on board Mistral Baits have released a low oil 6mm hard feed pellet that is totally new for 2011.

The natural colouration and low oil content makes these latest offering ideal for all climates and seasons. They have a very slow breakdown in cold water which makes them a great option when you are looking for a feed to steadily build your swim up rather than an instant impact many other low oil pellets on the market offer.

TOP TIP – Try using a pellet pump to add flavour and colour to create your own unique feed pellets, I have had great success using Worcester sauce and Garlic salt for chub on the river. Another great pellet flavouring that I have used many times is Coca Cola this gives your pellets a sugary boost and the gases make your pellets active.  Have a play around, you never know what you might stumble upon.
