Preparing Your Expander Pellet

Preparing your Next Generation expander pellets could not be any easier. Simply place the required amount of expander pellet you are going to use for your session in to a pellet pump and then totally cover them in water (we recommend you use lake water but tap water will do) Then pump until you see bubbles of water rising through the expander pellets (this shows you a perfect vacuum has been created and that all air in the expander is being replaced with water) then gently release the pressure from the pump and all the expander pellets will sink perfectly.

This latest addition now makes the range both practical and very versatile. For those new to the use of expander pellet, the 4mm and 6mm sizes are perfect for all match carp, bream, tench, chub and barbel but if you are fishing down the edge for big chunks then we recommend you try the 8mm size expander which should sort out the bigger fish and reduce bites from smaller and at time delusional inhabitants.
