Nisa Feeders Micro Cage Feeders

RRP £1.25 each

The latest member to the already huge range of products produced by Nick Larkin and his team at Nisa Feeders is the Micro Cage Feeder.

These galvanised steel meshed feeders have been designed for use in situations when minimal feed is required but accuracy is essential. The feeder is fitted with a tough but flexible Nitrile ring which incorporating an American Snap Swivel to create a reliable quick change connection system, which is standard on all Nisa Feeders.

These tiny feeders are available in 12 and 20g and are 19mm long by 17mm diameter, making them perfect for all short to medium ranged feeder approaches, particularly on commercial venues when casting tight to a feature like an island or reed bed. The excessive weight to size ratio of these feeders gives the angler the assurance that once it hits the bottom it wont move, which as we all know can makes that all important difference on days when bites are hard to come by.

These clever feeders are also great when you want ultra quick release and dispersal of bait into your swim for an instant reaction. This can be achieved with the Micro Cage Feeders as water rapidly penetrates through the large wire mesh releasing your small pay load instantly into your swim. This is also an advantage if you get an instant bite because you can eliminate the possibility of your feed being released all over your swim when your feeder is violently moved by a charging fish.

The Micro Cage Feeder is a great way of presenting a big bait like bread in slow to medium paced small back waters and streams when targeting big Roach, Bream, Chub and Barbel.  You can use small amounts of finely mashed bread in the feeder which will attract fish in without drawing to much attention from your hook bait, which is perfect when you are on the move and stalking your quarry.

TOP TIP …We highly recommend that you use an acrylic paint or non-toxic marker to camouflage the Micro Cage Feeder, especially in shallow or clear water conditions on natural venues where big fish may shy away from feeders.

Final Thoughts

These compact heavyweights should find a place in most match and specialist anglers tackle box over the coming months. As with all Nisa Feeder Products, the build quality of the Micro Cage Feeder is first class, making theses great little feeders both practical and very reliable.
