As of 1st April 2011, all Pure Fishing customers will have access to our new SERVICE CENTRE. This new facility is owned, managed and operated independently by Kevin Pearce, and is based close to our offices near Redditch. Kevin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge within the fishing industry and will provide a first class service to all Pure Fishing customers.

The main focus will be to provide repair work and spares to key Purefishing brands and products (excluding reels) that will be despatched and invoiced from his independent business.
Kevin will also undertake bona fide warranty repair work on behalf of Pure Fishing, and arrange collection of all damaged warranty products from our retailers.
