No matter what type fishing you do at least one time in your angling carrier you will at one point or another cut or injure yourself when out on the bank, its one of the perks of using hooks, sharp baiting tools and spending time out in the wild away from your homely comforts.

To assist with any minor cuts or injuries Bedfordshire based outdoor supplies company Thatchreed have release two very practical First Aid kits. Originally designed for Military personnel they have everything the overnight or long session angler could require for those little emergencies. 

You have a small 20 x 10 x 2.5cm option that is light weight and easy to carry and will suit the short or day session anglers requirements perfectly.

Next up is the large option which is 20 x 15 x 9cm in sizes and is better suited towards the big session or group of anglers looking for basic medical care on the bank.

Both sizes of the First Aid kits pouches are made from1000 denier waterproof Cordura and are well made with strong stitching through out, easy to use zips and both are finished in DPM camouflage (very carpy).  Originally designed for Military personnel they have everything the overnight or long session angler could require for those little emergencies and should be an essential part of any anglers short or long session equipment.

WARNING: Just because you have a First Aid Kit doesn’t instantly make you Florence Nightingale. If the situation arises where somebody near you needs medical assistance for what could potentially be a serious injury. Unless you are fully trained or an experienced First Aider, then use the best form of first aid there is, your mobile phone and call the emergency services and get professional help rather than risk causing more damage than good.
