Welcome to the latest issue of the monthly Pallatrax newsletter. As the weather begins to get colder and catch reports start to tail off, here at Pallatrax we look at ways to improve our brand awareness, company exposure and media profile. One of the ways we do this is the active participation in mediums such as Twitter (@pallatraxuk) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/pallatrax) and regular updates on our website www.pallatrax.co.uk Currently, our Facebook site has over 800 ‘Likes’ and is a source of valuable feedback for us to ensure we give our customers the very best in bait and tackle, so if you want your voice heard, then feel free to join in!

One of the success stories we have had this month comes from Ricky Lee Buss who netted this superb 29lbs mirror carp using Jungle baits which have been glugged for two months!! Ricky fished to a silt patch at 50 yards and ensured his baits didn’t disappear by placing them in solid pva bags which were fished over a scattering of crushed Jungle boilies. Jungle has been one of most reliable performers throughout 2011 with a string of pb’s and other big fish finding them irresistible!

Good news too for Brian Jury too this month; Brian recently used Jungle baits for only the second time at his local Melbury Lakes in Devon. Brian managed four fish to 23lbs and is now a firm believer in the pulling power of Jungle!

More interesting developments at Pallatrax HQ; from January 2012, the Pallatrax team will be reorganised......The ‘Pallatrax Posse’ of around 12 anglers, will be responsible for providing a written submission every calendar month which will feature in the newsletters, online and in ‘hard copy’ angling magazines, and ‘Team Pallatrax’ will be used to promote the baits and terminal ranges on the banks to fellow anglers. This will streamline the Pallatrax team and make it both easier to manage and more accountable; we want to put together a group of dedicated anglers who will help us get the Pallatrax message heard! We have already spoken to prospective members of both teams and confirmation will follow shortly before the line ups are revealed! The new website is also very close to going ‘live’ and will feature the usual mix of product reviews, success stories, angler profiles and video content to ensure our customers get the very best out of their purchases.
