Other key features included in the manufacture of the FR-5 and FR-8 Free Spool reels include variable tension free spool, this is controlled by the rotating dial found at the rear of the reel, which enables precise plus or minus adjustment to the tension on the spool when in free spool mode. The Level Wind line lay produces an even line lay to increase the potentials for longer casting. To aid clutch control whilst playing fish, you have front located, multi disc drag system.
